What is ezBiz?

EzBiz is an official online business registration portal operated by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM). It enables Malaysian business owners to manage their business registration digitally — including new registrations, amendments, renewals, and terminations — without visiting a physical office.

Who Can Use EzBiz?

To access EzBiz, users must meet the following eligibility criteria:

– Must be a Malaysian Citizen or Permanent Resident

– Must be 18 years old and above

– All business owners and partners must register and verify their EzBiz user account before proceeding (refer to the Guideline for Registering an EzBiz User Account)

What Services Does EzBiz Offer?

EzBiz provides a comprehensive range of business registration services:

1. New Business Registration

2.Change of Business Particulars

– Principal business address / mailing address
– Type of business
– Branch particulars
– Owner’s personal information

3. Business Renewal (available within 12 months before or after the expiry date)

Download Certificate and Business Information 

Business owners can download the certificate and business information (if purchased) within 90 days from the date of approval. After this period, business owners can purchase the documents from service providers such as:
